There was a problem with the booking, I tried to contact Directferries, which turned out to be impossible. The online system directed me to a payment paige to pay the full amount again. Of course I did not do this. I ended up calling Stena Line's customer service and I was helped friendly quick adequate and for free! So please people dont book at Direct ferries or when you do, know that you are on your own if anything goes wrong. I was impressed bij Stena lines customer service, Thank you!
